Nearly 100 Shideler residents turned up for the hearing that determined the rezoning for an 806-acre agricultural bio-enterprise park.
Delaware County Commissioners Larry Crouch and Tom Bennington approved the rezoning, while Commissioner John Brooke made a motion to delay voting. Brooke did not want to vote on the issue until “adequate ag-park regulations” were passed by commissioners.
