Political Blogs
I do not know much about Ryan Dvorak, Indiana’s state rep for the 8th District, but through his blog, I am learning more and more. One thing I do know is I like a politician who is not afraid to actually talk to people, and posting a blog is, in my mind, a very serious form of talking, leaving a near permanent trail.
Today, Rep Dvorak takes note of some recognition he has received:
While I was away, I was happy to receive mention from Doug Kenline at Lawmakers, a blog tracking how many legislators across the country are maintaining public blogs for their constituencies. His review of my site was very generous, and at his suggestion I have added a Sitemeter button at the bottom of the page for added transparency.
He also makes note of some other Indiana law and politics blogs, including this one, and some of my other favorites, and even includes an update on his personal life: He just got married.
