It is good to know that other people in the state are fighting these cafo's from over populating our state. I have e-mailed Villwock as to my stand on his statements as well. If you would please let me know where they stand on the issue after the meeting on the 21st. I am just now getting involved with FBI. and if they do not change there stand on the issues before us I can probably get at least another 5,000 people from the Northern part of the state to cancel there insurance with them also. Why would we remain a member of an organization that is not supporting or representing us? We wrote letters to the local and the state Farm Bureau about why we were canceling all of our insurance policies and our membership. There is a group of farmers that are meeting with Don Villwock on Dec. 21 to deliver petitions with over 5,000 signatures and 20 different counties expressing the same message. We have a 1/2 hour appointment to express our complaints in person. We are not "outsiders" nor are we "ignorant" and we would like him to experience this in person. If you have Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance I suggest that you do the same. Maybe they will not have quite so much money to put the screws to us if we all cancel our policies.
