IDEM is suppose to protect our water and yet they okayed this before. I am stupid and I can see the problem. We have had 6 inches of rain water in less than one hour and guess where the manure will go? We live 30 feet from the ditch. They can promise that nothing will happen all they want. Vreba Hoff has a bad track record and yet they just keep getting permits. It should be against the law to use a permit that another person has received. I have read that 80 of 92 counties in Indiana now have CAFOs. We will be known as the Cesspool State in future years. That is something to be proud of.
